Malaysian Special Education Law: Integrating the Medical and Social Models of Disability

The educational rights of children with disabilities in Malaysia are not sufficiently and effectively protected. There should be a specific law relating to special education for that integrates the Medical Social Models Disability cover their better. This paper examines effectiveness Malaysia. It proposes integrating Model Disabilities formulating research employs library-based approach by analysing related laws through legislation, journal articles textbooks.
